Shipping & Installation Policy
Important MCO Update: All deliveries are suspended until further notice. All purchases shall be delivered after MCO has been lifted.
We ship to most addresses in Klang Valley and Selangor. If your delivery area falls under these districts, and you are not able to select your post code during checkout, please contact us here. For deliveries outside of Klang Valley and Selangor, kindly contact us here. Furniture installation service is provided for most products, except for lighting. Certain products will require especially skilled installation, hence it comes with an optional installation fee add-on. You may opt out of the additional skilled installation fees by choosing to install it yourself.
The final delivery rate is calculated based on your location. Enjoy free shipping within KL & PJ when your order reaches RM 5000 & above!
After placing your order, please allow our team 1 - 3 working days to contact you regarding your delivery. Once all the details have been confirmed, we shall pack and prep your delivery for dispatch. You shall receive your items on your preferred delivery date and time.
All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by Noir Home. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their items are received at the delivery address provided during checkout. Noir Home will not be responsible if the items are received by an unauthorised person.
Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after every unsuccessful delivery attempt.

All our ex-display pieces are sold as is. You are advised to view the actual item in store before proceeding with your purchase.
You understand that by purchasing a floor model unit, it may or may not have defects, and you are aware of it. All ex-display units are final, and are strictly not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy
Noir Home does not accept returns or exchanges of products. All sales are final.
In cases where your selected items are out of stock after we'd received your payment, we shall provide a full refund to your specified bank account. You will be notified via email to provide us with your bank details for a smooth refund process.
Incorrect / Defective Item(s) Received
We truly apologize for sending you an incorrect / defective item! Please take a snapshot or provide us the details / name of the wrong item received and email us directly at email@example.com . Prior to returning and exchanging your product, please consult us via email with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org . Any items returned to us without a consultation beforehand will not be entertained.
An exchange will be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect. Alternately, you may drop your item(s) off at our showroom. There are strictly no cash refunds unless the exact same piece/size is out of stock.
Exchanges can only be done if the item(s) is in its original condition (unused). We shall take approximately 5 working days to process your exchange.
